This high intensity sports conditioning class combines skills and drills that will challenge your inner athlete by focusing on the 6 essential athlete goals: strength, speed, power, agility, endurance and muscular balance. Strength and power work is achieved utilizing a variety of equipment for challenge; cardio portion may include plyometric work and running. Class portions may to go outside if weather permits.
Mobility is like MAGIC for muscles and joints! This unique transitional strength training class allows you to both challenge and reward your body. Athletic Mobility workouts incorporate multi-planar functional training movements that will increase your range of motion and enhance your end-range strength all while reducing aches and pains. Group Active is perfect if you are new to exercise and for the super busy and fit who need to get it all - cardio, strength, balance, and flexibility.
Group Power combines traditional strength exercises with functional training moves to make you fitter and stronger. High-rep training, athletic movements, and a periodized training approach are key components of this results-driven workout. Add to this dynamic and motivational music and it simply is the most fun you’ll have strength training.
