Cycling classes are exciting and challenging workouts. These low, medium, and high-intensity exercise classes are specifically designed to build cardiovascular strength and endurance.

Class Preparation

  • New to class? Arrive a little early so your instructor can give you some pointers and to allow your instructor to properly fit your bike.
  • Alert your instructor of any injuries so they can provide modification options. 
  • Relax your grip and maintain good upright posture.

Indoor cycling is a non-impact, highly effective workout. These classes offer a challenging opportunity to get your heart pumping, burn serious calories and will improve your over-all cardiovascular health.  Great for all fitness levels!

Thsee classes revolve around a structured approach known as power zones, which are specific intensity levels customized to each individual's fitness level. Whether you're a beginner or an advanced cyclist, you'll find your ideal challenge within the power zones, allowing you to push your limits while still maintaining proper form and technique.

The rhythym is gonna get you in this cycle class that uses the beat of the music in the chorus, hook and bridge to create the class drills.  A fun workout for all fitness levels!
