This low intensity workout combines cardio, strength and flexibility, all modified to a seated position. A perfect exercise class for seniors, those just starting an exercise routine, those with balance issues, those recovering from an injury or surgery or anyone who needs a very low intensity workout.
A fun, work at your own pace, low-impact class. Choreography is minimal to encourage proper body alignment and focus on perceived rate of exertion.
This class is a combination of strength training, low impact cardiovascular segments, plus balance and flexibility. Specifically designed for those prefer a great workout without the added impact to joints.
Taught at a level appropriate for Seniors, this challenging class will focus on elements important to those over 55 such as bone density loss, muscle strengthening and balance improvement. This strength training class does not require you to get down and up off the ground.

Geared toward the senior population and beginner exercisers, this class focuses on increasing flexibility through a variety of postures and poses. In addition, balance exercises are added to allow for a functionally fit life.
Known as “Medicine in Motion” - Tai Chi is a moving meditation in the form of a series of gentle exercises that create harmony between the mind and body. Qi Gong or “Energy Work” is a system of exercises using the mind and body to nurture and develop the energy (Chi) within one’s body. Practiced together, these foster self-healing, relaxation and a host of wellbeing benefits. Classes may involve one or both practices. See Special Instructions for details.
