Known as “Medicine in Motion” - Tai Chi is a moving meditation in the form of a series of gentle exercises that create harmony between the mind and body. Qi Gong or “Energy Work” is a system of exercises using the mind and body to nurture and develop the energy (Chi) within one’s body.
