Greater summers start here. Experience the ultimate water playground and the magic of the outdoors at our stunning Lake Wylie destination.

Overnight Camp

We invite campers ages 7–16 to spread their wings in an environment that supports their growth. From water sports like wakeboarding, kayaking, and paddle boarding, to challenge courses and horseback riding, our activities are designed to thrill on land and water, all with safety in mind.

Day Camp

Summer 2027 Registration will Open in 2027.

Located on 1.7 miles of pristine Lake Wylie shoreline in South Carolina, YMCA Camp Thunderbird’s day camp for boys and girls (ages 6+) provides ideal backdrop for discovering new things, creating new friendships and memories. Our beautiful 100-acre facility boasts a high ropes course, zip line, alpine tower, two swimming pools and over 20 Sunfish sailboats.

How to Access Your UltraCamp Account

Accessing your camp account is simple using your YMCA login. This same login works across our website, mobile app, and camp systems.

First-Time SSO Setup (One-Time Only)

If you haven’t set up your YMCA Single Sign On (SSO) yet, follow these steps:

1. Click the Log In button below.
2. Select Setup/Login with Single Sign On (SSO).
3. Click Sign Up under Continue.
4. Enter your email and the 6-digit code you will receive.
5. Create your new password.
6. Enter your name and date of birth, then click Continue.

Quick Tip:

Your YMCA SSO login will be used for camp, YCLT mobile app, and your online account - no need to create multiple passwords.
