Whether you're an adult looking for a fun way to stay active or a child ready to learn and grow through friendly competition, our leagues and programs provide the perfect environment to stay fit, make new friends, and have a great time. Youth Sports

Basketball
There’s no better place to learn basketball than where it was invented – the Y. Since 1891, Y volunteers have coached kids and adults in this high-energy, exciting game.

Soccer
The Y offers both recreational, competitive, and beginner soccer leagues for all ages and skill levels. Hit the field, have fun and enjoy camaraderie.

Flag Football
Experience flag football in a low-contact environment. No matter your age or gender, you can have fun on the field without the tackle.

Volleyball
With leagues for both adults and youth, there’s plenty of opportunities for friendly competition.

Gymnastics
Our Youth Gymnastics program helps athletes develop poise, grace, and strength. With programs for every skill level, all classes mix fitness with fun.

Swim Team
Our Swim Teams are perfect for kids and teens to make new friends, have a blast, and embrace a little friendly competition.

Martial Arts
Combining self-defense, competition, mental discipline, and personal development, the Y has martial arts programs for both adults and youth.
