About Our Wellness Classes

Wellness classes are fun and challenging sessions. These low-intensity exercise classes are specifically designed to provide fundamental educational training on nutrition, exercise, stress and sleep, tracking, accountability, and relationships to our programming for individuals with neuromuscular disorders or recovering from cancer.

Class Preparation

  • New to class? Arrive a little early so your instructor can give you some pointers.
  • Alert your instructor of any injuries so they can provide modification options.
  • Arrive a few minutes before class starts. You’ll feel more relaxed and you'll get a chance to socialize.

An adaptive class with small group ratios that provide a safe and fun learning experience for individuals with diverse physical and cognitive abilities.  Care takers are welcome to participate,  but not required.  Instructors are certified and specialize in working with high functioning teens and adults.

This class combines stretching, non/low-impact cardio, muscle strengthening, flexibility and balance training. The focus is on movement as well as fellowship for individuals living with neuromuscular diseases.

This clinic is designed for players that are brand new to the game.  We will introduce the basic skills as well as explain the rules and scoring.

This intermediate clinic will focus on control of your backhand and forehand groundstrokes, volleying, transition to the non-volley zone (kitchen), and an introduction to dinking. Attending prerequisite Pickleball 101 is highly recommended.

Medium Intensity
Intermediate Skill

This advanced Pickleball clinic puts an emphasis on control, shot selection, transition, court positioning, and gameplay while also improving upon the skills learned in Pickleball 101 and 201.
