Sue Glass President/Chief Executive Officer

As President and CEO of the YMCA of Greater Charlotte, Sue Glass is committed to advancing the organization's mission of building a healthy spirit, mind and body for all. With over 27 years of expertise in strategic planning, organizational leadership, and program development, Sue is a dynamic leader focused on innovation and impact.

Before joining the Charlotte YMCA, Sue led the YMCA of Metropolitan Denver, driving significant transformations in strategic planning, facilities modernization, and youth development. Prior to that, she served as Senior Vice President at the American Diabetes Association, where she spearheaded national initiatives in fundraising, program services, and operations.

A passionate advocate for health, Sue has served on various boards and collaborated with the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment to launch the Diabetes Prevention Program.

She holds a degree in Health Science from the University of North Florida.

Sue enjoys spending time with her husband Jerry, their daughter Zoey, and their two dogs. A person of deep faith, she also enjoys travel, outdoor activities, and community service.

Donna Bigham Chief Financial Officer

Donna Bigham joined the YMCA of Greater Charlotte in 2008 after professional experience as an Audit Manager at Price Waterhouse (now PriceWaterhouseCoopers) and as a financial leader in the manufacturing industry. As the Chief Financial Officer, Donna leads the association Accounting and Finance, Information Technology, Business Office Services and Facilities & Real Estate functions. Donna holds an accounting degree from Clemson University and is a certified public accountant.

Christine Mulder Chief Experience and Innovation Officer

Christine Mulder serves as the YMCA of Greater Charlotte’s chief experience and innovation officer (CXIO). In this role, Christine is at the forefront of delivering unparalleled experiences for potential customers, current members, program participants and donors.  Christine brings a wealth of experience and a proven track record of success from her previous roles in major corporations such as Driven Brands, Lowe’s Home Improvement and Harley-Davidson Motor Company.  Her career is marked by strategic leadership in technology-driven strategies, supply chain innovations and digital marketing initiatives, leading to substantial improvements in operational efficiencies, customer engagement, operational transformation and revenue growth.

At the YMCA of Greater Charlotte, she develops and executes strategies that resonate with the Y's foundational values and mission, driving increased revenue and retention. Christine leads the Marketing, Communications & Public Relations, Digital Innovation, Membership Sales and Healthy Living divisions, ensuring the YMCA continues to make a profound and positive impact on the communities it serves.

Mulder holds a Master of Business Administration from Alverno College and a Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee. She is working to complete the CDO (chief digital officer) Professional Education Program at MIT.

Ed Paat Chief Development Officer

Eduardo (Ed) Paat serves as the Chief Development Officer (CDO) for the YMCA of Greater Charlotte, where he leads efforts to raise $100 million by 2027 to support the YMCA's mission of strengthening the community through youth development, healthy living, and social impact.

Before joining the YMCA, Ed was the Executive Director of A Kid Again Central Carolinas, where he expanded the chapter into one of the largest in the U.S. His nonprofit career includes roles with the Boy Scouts of America, The Able Trust, Carolinas AGC, and Catherine’s House.

Ed holds a bachelor's degree from Florida State University and a Master of Public Administration from Clemson University, specializing in nonprofit management. He is a Certified Fund Raising Executive (CFRE) and a Certified Association Executive (CAE). Ed lives in Rock Hill with his wife Megan and their four children.

Brooke Reddington Chief People and Culture Officer

Brooke Reddington joined the YMCA of Greater Charlotte in 2014 after 12 years of professional experience in the retail and hospitality industries in operations, human resources, and executive leadership throughout the Northeast, Southeast, and Midwest. As chief people and culture officer, Brooke leads the Y’s efforts to strengthen and drive the organization’s culture through people initiatives and strategies. Brooke leads the people and culture division, which includes the Y’s Christian mission, diversity, equity, inclusion, and global work, human resources, talent acquisition, talent development and training, and volunteers, ensuring the Y is positioned to uniquely serve, inspire, and support the team.

Born and raised in Tuscaloosa, Alabama, Brooke holds a bachelor’s degree in business and earned her MBA-HR in 2009. Brooke and her husband, Michael, have one son, Gabriel.
