Develop good eating habits and a consistent workout routine—all from the comfort of home! YCLTFIT is a Facebook-based weight loss healthy lifestyle program that’s fun, convenient, and community oriented. It includes:

  • A Weekly Workout Plan with optional add-ons
  • Live Seminars with dietitians, health & wellness professionals, and personal trainers
  • Opportunities to connect with a community of people on the same journey
  • Access to all features of the program for its entire duration
  • Guidance from professional dietitians, courtesy of our partnership with Nutrition Healthworks
  • A library of on-demand workouts like group exercise classes and strength training workouts
  • FREE access for your partner—when you sign up, your partner gets to participate for FREE!

    Pricing: $160 [Y members] & $318 [Non-members]

    Program Duration: Each program includes an orientation week, followed by an 8 week session

 

What Happens During the Program

What to Expect from the Program

  • 30-minute Circuit Strength Workouts posted every Monday, Wednesday, & Fridays to round out  your strength workouts
  • On-Demand Exercise Classes will be posted 3 times per week for you to complete your cardio workouts
  • Seminars from Nutrition HealthWorks dietitians to help you eat healthier and make wise food choices
  • Two free InBody scans to be taken at one of our branches, first at the start and then at the end of the 8-week program
  • Motivational presentations from our YMCA team related to weight loss, exercise, mental health, and more
  • A Guide Section that gives you everything you need to be successful with the program: rules & policies, an exercise library, workouts from the week, seminar recordings, etc.
  • A space to engage with others throughout the 8 weeks of the program—post your workouts, show us your Before & After pictures, suggest healthy recipes, share your non-scale victories, and more

Who Can Enroll?

    Anyone ages 18 years and older can enroll in this program. There are price options for both YMCA members and non-members, 

How Do You Register?

  • Register at any YMCA of Greater Charlotte location
  • Be sure your email address is correct in our system
  • You will receive a jotform via email that asks for your Facebook information (you can enter your Facebook address, along with one for your partner)
  • Once you complete the jotform, request access to the private Facebook page. You will then be admitted to the group.
