The Keith Family Y is proud to welcome our new partner Architech Sports and Physical Therapy.  Over the next few weeks, you will notice some changes in our facility to prepare for their arrival. On Friday, August 6^th, our fitness floor will be closed while we re-arrange and remove some equipment to prepare for the project, with a planned reopening on August 7^th.  Starting on August 9^th, a temporary wall will be placed separating our fitness floor from the construction as much as possible.

Our goal during this project is to minimize its impact on our members while adding additional services such as sports performance training, physical therapy, and enhanced functional workout spaces for our members! These enhancements will include a designated area that will be fully turfed and some new equipment pieces – So get ready for some sled pushes!!
