Y-Guides members who cancel a registration two weeks prior to the event will receive a full refund minus a $10 event cancellation processing fee.

After the event registration deadline two weeks prior to the event, we will not be able to make refunds.  At this point, these funds have already been committed to the camp or event for which you registered.  Cases of illness and family emergency should be handled by contacting the Y-Guides office prior to the event.
